Product Manager – Implementation Clan

As a Product Manager leading the Implementation Clan, you will be responsible for the strategy and development of innovative solutions that scale our implementations and operations, aiming to maximize customer revenue.
The primary objective of the Clan is to implement our solutions for clients, minimizing effort for both customers and internal teams while improving the end-to-end experience.

Support the Implementation team by identifying and gathering their needs to provide effective solutions.

• Define and prioritize the backlog in close collaboration with other tribes, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and maximizing impact for our clients.
• Analyze integration and implementation processes to identify improvement opportunities and lead product discovery processes alongside involved teams.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business
• Administration, or related fields, with a strong analytical background.
• Proven experience in managing technology products and deep knowledge of digital product management.
• Preferably, previous experience in the airline industry and/or Revenue Management.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead projects in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent English.
