Job Summary
We seek a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our airline partnerships in the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, EMEA, you will be responsible for pitching TravelX’s cutting-edge solutions to airlines, managing the commercial process, and driving contracts to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential airline partners within the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Pitching & Negotiation: - Articulate the value proposition of TravelX solutions to key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline executives and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial discussions.
Market Insight:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Regional Director
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the airline, travel, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
- Good knowledge of airline revenue management is a plus.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region is highly desirable.
Other:
- Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
